Broker/Owner - Director of Vision and Opportunity

Doug is our Owner and Broker and provides direction and wisdom to our RE/MAX ALLIANCE offices in order to carry out the Mission, Vision and Values. Doug oversees and guides the entire team. He also selectively recruits only the best agents to our offices in order to protect the professional environment that has been created. He provides 1:1 agent/team coaching, conducts individual Business Planning, leads Mastermind groups and assist the Director of Agent development in teaching Momentum and planning special outside guest training. Gwen Lotz

Director of Production and Finance

Gwen takes care of any and all things that pertain to money! If you need to turn in escrow checks, get escrow checks for closings, turn in your check from closings, get your commission check, receive and pay your office bill, or have questions about any of the above Gwen is who you call. She also keeps you out of trouble by making sure your DOTLOOP documents are LREC compliant. Gwen also handles licensing/renewal, continuing education tracking, LREC matters, MLS questions, board related issues and production reports.

Johnny Lotz

Director of Information Technology

Johnny will assist you with any and all things related to computers and all the available tools RE/MAX provides for you. Some things he helps with are Leadstreet, adding your database to various sites, Matrix MLS, and troubleshooting issues with your computers. If it has to do with software, technology or computers Johnny is your call. Johnny also handles RE/MAX and LREC sign requirements and advertising compliance.
